Latest Geek

I just don’t understand all the technical jargon when I search for info and I hear this is a must have app but I don’t get what it does other than you can hide icons. Is it user friendly for someone like myself who is basically computer illiterate?

i already asked the same question on yahoo but the answers they tell me to do wont work ive tried spyware doctor, Rkill link and the mbam link, but security tool wont let me it keeps popping up every second i try to install something that will help me. do you guys think if i take it to the Geek Squad if they could take it off my computer (their specialists on computer problems) Plz help I really Appreciated

Is the geek squad any good?
Does anyone know price ranges, and or other companies/people that could do it?
It’s very spammed up, and i’m sure there is loads of viruses. I can’t say i have ever completed or know how to complete a virus scan :l
